Customs revised regulations bonded warehouses export supervision warehouses random inspection and inspection of import and export commodities

On May 15, 2023, Order No. 263 of the General Administration of Customs was promulgated, which involves amendments to three regulations, including the Regulations of the Customs of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Bonded Warehouses and Stored Goods, the Administrative Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China on Export Supervision Warehouses and Stored Goods, and the Administrative Measures for Random Inspection and Inspection of Import and Export Commodities, which will come into force on July 1, 2023.
